Qualification

the post is to be filled on deputation basis from the Officers of All India Services and other Group 'A' Central Services:- (a) (i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department or (ii) empanelled for appointment to the posts in the level 14 of the pay matrix or equivalent in Government of India; and Possessing five years experience in enforcement of regulatory laws or investigation of economic and criminal offences and collection of intelligence relating thereof.

How To Apply For MHA Vacancy :

Applications of willing and eligible officers, whose servicescan be spared without delay in the event of their selection, may be forwardedin the prescribed proforma to the undersigned along with the followingdocuments so as to reach this Ministry within 60(Sixty) days from the date ofissue of circular: (i) Attested copies of APARs for the last 5 (five) years andpreferably up to 2018- 19 duly attested by an officer not below the rank ofUnder Secretary to the Government of India or equivalent, (ii) Cadre Clearancefrom the State Government as well as from Cadre Controlling Authorityincorporating that in the event of his/her selection, he/she will be relievedto join the post of Deputy Director-General in NCB on deputation basis. (iii)Vigilance Clearance Certificate as per proforma, (iv) Integrity Certificate,(v) A certificate to the effect that no Major/Minor Penalty has been imposedupon the candidate during the last 10 (ten) years. 4. The maximum age limit forappointment on deputation shall not exceed 58 years as on the closing date ofreceipt of application. Officers on the verge of promotion/superannuation neednot apply. The incomplete application or those received after the last dateshall not be entertained. Candidates who are selected for the said post shallnot be allowed to withdraw their name in the event of their selection.
