Qualification

4 year full time engineering/technology degree in in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation. The Institute should be recognized by Govt./Govt. Bodies/AICTE /UGC. For this purpose Part – Time/Correspondence courses shall not be considered.

Pay Scale Remuneration offered will on fixed pay basis as per market benchmarksand is based on candidate’s qualifications, experience and overall suitabilityfor the respective posts. However selected candidate will be eligible forPerformance Linked Variable Pay which will be over and above the Fixed Salarybut linked to the achievement of specific targets.

 

Job Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for successful planning, design,execution, monitoring and completion/go-live of smart city projects mainlyrelated to EMV/NCMC based open/closed loop card and digital payments forBRTS/City/State transport buses, metro rail, smart parking, digital tollcollection, cashless hospitals, fleet management etc. Responsible for themanagement of tasks across project life cycle from project initiation,implementation, stakeholder management, go live, and post implementationsupport. b. Develop and obtain internal approval for the project charter,scope, requirements, implementation plan, in liaison with partner/s teams andoversee that exection is in accordance with project specifications andstipulations of partner and client contracts. Work closely with governmentorgansiations, partner/s, teams, system integrator, contractor agencies,project management consultants etc. and consistently work towards managing andimproving customer service and experience. Drive successful projectimplementation and ongoing management, timely project completion, achieve cos toptimization, meet compliance and required standards, transaction risk andfraud mitigation, change management etc., Maintain timely and accurate projectprogress information and report the same to internal team, communicate changesand their impacts and any other important issues faced during operations.Manage escalation, grievance handling, resolve issue issue and criticalsitutations Asisst business and technology teams in preparation of biddingdocuments, partner contracts, promotional campaigns et c., related to SmartCities / other projects. Support business development by identifying marketopputuinity to expand and co -ordinate, to convert leads to business. c. Reviewwork done by the partner/s teams to ensure all deliverables are as per thescope and agreed SLAs and assist in the finalization of their penalities /payments. Develp process guides, tool kits, and best practice for projectexecutions. Prepare content and conduct capacity building ses sions forGovernment Officers and other stake holders / beneficiaries as needed. Keep tabon technological eco system, bringing in relevant solutions to add accuracy,speed and implementation efficiency. An alyse data and implement solutions thatimprove operating processes, reduce costs and improve customer service. Work onvarious other assignments or tasks as and when required. 7.
